| Description: 4D Carp Target | This foam carp is a full 2 feet in length with a special tube built into the base that allows you to practice on a moving underwater target! Anchor one end of a line underwater, pass the line through the tube in the target and tie the other end of the line to a piling or anchored float. Push the target underwater to the anchored end of the line and let it go. It swims to the shallow end of the line! Great fun while you sharpen your skills. |
