Freddie Bear Sports site. We may monitor visitor traffic patterns
and site usage to help us improve our site, but we never attempt
to connect this information to individual visitors.
- We may occasionally use the data you provide
to inform you of special offers and announcements. You may opt
out of receiving such announcements at any time or by emailing
webmaster@freddiebearsports.com.
- Freddie Bear Sports includes links to
other sites. The policies set forth here do not extend to these
sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or
content.
- No change to our policy will take place
before a prominent posting on our homepage of such intended change
has run for a duration of at least 30 days.

Payment
Note: All prices in Freddie Bear Sports are expressed in U.S.
dollars. Checks must be payable in U.S. funds and drawn from a
U.S. bank.
We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard and American Express
through our online ordering system. While we strongly urge the
paying by credit card (it's easy, fast and safe) we also accept
checks and money orders.
Once your order has been placed by clicking
on the "Place Order" button at "Check Out,"
print out a copy of the automatically generated confirmation page
as your receipt. Customers paying by check or money order should
print out two copies of your order confirmation page. Keep
one as your receipt, and send the other with your payment to:

All orders paid by checks or money orders
will be processed upon receipt. Delivery will be based on product
availability at the time of the receipt of your order and payment.
Note:
Backorders are not charged to your credit card until your order
has shipped from our warehouse.
International Ordering
International purchases must be made by credit card. Your credit
card company will calculate the exchange rate and your monthly
statement will be billed accordingly.
Note:
Any charges associated with importation, including customs duties
and value-added taxes, are not included in the Freddie Bear Sports
price. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
International customers will be contacted directly by UPS regarding
payment of duties and customs. Freddie Bear Sports recommends
that our international customers contact their local UPS office
for details on how these charges are calculated and payment is
processed.
Shipping
The majority of our orders ship within 24 hours. Standard shipping
is by UPS Ground, which means you will receive your new merchandise
within 7-10 business days from the time you place the order. To
shorten delivery time, we offer two premium shipment options for
an extra charge: UPS 2nd Day Delivery, and UPS Overnight.
Freddie Bear Sports shipping charges are based on the total value
of your purchase (not the number of items) and the destination.
As such, the shipping charge on partial shipments is a percentage
calculation based upon the total purchase price. See the chart
below for a comprehensive explanation of our shipping charges.
Note: Ship times are in addition to
the time it takes to process your order (almost always 24 hours
or less). If you select UPS 2nd Day Delivery, you will receive
your order within 4 days (2 days processing time plus 2 days for
delivery). If you choose overnight delivery you will receive your
order within 3 days (2 days processing time plus 1 day to ship).
We are continually looking for ways to improve the processing
time.

Bulk Purchases &
Direct Shipment
Some individual items and certain
large quantity orders will ship directly from our suppliers to
you. If you would like notification in this event, please add a note in
the "Customer Comments" area during "Check Out."
Order Tracking
Unless you specifically request delivery to a post office box,
Freddie Bear Sports ships via United Parcel Service. We will notify
you by email when your order is shipped, and we will include the
UPS tracking number.
Backorders
We take pride in offering the largest selection of hunting and
sports gear anywhere and delivering them as quickly as possible,
but every once in a while we may be out of specific items. Whenever
an order includes an item (or items) that are not currently in
inventory, we will be in touch with you directly. We make every
effort to deliver the backordered items as soon as possible (it
rarely takes longer than 3-4 weeks), but we can also suggest alternative
products that are in stock or present you with other options.
Of course, your credit card is not charged until a product has
shipped, but the same is true of shipping & handling charges.
If you receive partial delivery, you will only be charged for
a pro-rated portion of the total shipping & handling as originally
computed when you placed the order. The outstanding balance will
be charged when the remainder of your order is shipped. In other
words, you will not be charged additional shipping for backorders;
the total shipping charges you pay are the same as if your order
was delivered all at once.
Warranties and Returns
Any product bought from Freddie Bear Sports comes with all applicable
manufacturer's warranties. But we'll do more.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product you bought
from Freddie Bear Sports, return it within 15 days in original
condition for a full refund. Follow the instructions on the back
of the packing slip that came with the shipment and mail all returns

for return instructions.
We regret that we cannot cover the cost of return shipping unless
you received the product in error.
